I don't know much about this document other then it shows BP knew they had a problem before the rig blew up?

I find on page 37 something about non-documented modifications being done that prevented them from shutting down the well?

I'm no expert but it does look fishy.

cant be bothered typing it all again, haliburton was incharge during the failure....what a shock.

and another american company was in charge of the safety, on the valve that failed, they were the ones responisble for it, but BP overall has to clean this shit up
